Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026.

This policy explains how Aura Lift AI Development Holdings, LLC, d/b/a AuraLift Ai (“AuraLift,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, as the Washington My Health My Data Act defines it, and how you can use your rights. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers all personal information.

AuraLift Ai is an AI wellness platform. LAura, its AI, offers structured emotional support; she is not a therapist, does not diagnose or prescribe, and AuraLift Ai is not a HIPAA-covered service. Because the platform is about emotional wellbeing, much of what you share with it is consumer health data.

1. Consumer health data we collect

  • What you tell LAura: the text of your conversations, and your voice when you use voice features.
  • Intake answers: the concerns and wellness goals you describe, your preferred pace, your past experience with therapy or similar support, and your current mood.
  • Journal, mood, and goals: journal entries; mood logs, including mood, energy, and anxiety levels, factors, triggers, activities, and notes; goals and the progress you record; and your answers to self-assessment questionnaires, with their scores.
  • Information we derive: emotional indicators and session summaries that our software, including AI models, derives from your conversations; and safety flags raised when crisis detection matches a message.
  • Use of the app: records that you signed up, subscribed, completed intake, or started and ended text or voice sessions. On their own these can show that you use a wellness service.
  • Visits to this website: the pages you view on auraliftai.com, the link you arrived from, and the identifiers our analytics and advertising tools set in your browser. We include this here because browsing a wellness website can indicate interest in wellness services.

2. Where it comes from

  • From you, when you use the app or this website.
  • From our software and AI models, which derive the indicators, summaries, and safety flags above from what you share.
  • From your browser, through the cookies and storage listed in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we collect and use it

  • To provide the features you ask for: LAura’s replies, continuity across sessions, voice, journaling, mood tracking, and goals.
  • To keep you safe: crisis detection runs on every message and surfaces crisis resources when a conversation calls for them.
  • To run your account and subscription and to answer support requests.
  • To measure and improve the app and this website, including counting how the app is used and measuring which website visits and ads lead to sign-ups and installs.

4. Who receives it, and what they receive

We share consumer health data with the following recipients. Each one is listed with what it receives and why.

  • Anthropic (Claude): conversation text and the context needed for a reply, to generate LAura’s replies and to review messages flagged by crisis detection.
  • Voyage AI: excerpts of conversation text, so LAura can recall earlier conversations.
  • Inworld AI: your voice audio and the text of LAura’s spoken replies, for speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, databases, file storage, and encryption key management for everything above.
  • Google (Google Analytics): app-usage records (such as sign-up, subscription, intake completed, and sessions started or ended) that our servers may send linked to your AuraLift account identifier, without the content of your conversations; and, on this website, the pages you view.
  • Meta: on this website, the pages you view and sign-up interest, with campaign details, through the Meta Pixel and from our servers (Meta’s Conversions API). Neither path receives anything from pages under Resources, Pillars, Articles, or Sit with LAura.
  • AppsFlyer: when enabled on this website, the pages you view, a random browser identifier, and campaign details, to measure app installs.

The full list of service providers, including those that receive no health data (such as payment providers), is in Privacy Policy §6.1.

Collecting. We collect consumer health data from the app when you use the features that need it. You choose what to share with LAura, and you can stop at any time.

Sharing. We share consumer health data with the providers in Section 4 to run the app and this website. On this website, analytics and advertising tools run by default unless your browser places you in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Canada; you can turn them off at any time in Your Privacy Choices, and a Global Privacy Control signal turns advertising off. Turning advertising off also stops this website from reporting your page visits and email sign-ups to our server, because that server can pass them to Meta.

No sale. We do not sell consumer health data for money.

6. Your rights

  • Confirm and access. Ask whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates we shared it with and how to contact them.
  • Withdraw consent. Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of your consumer health data.
  • Delete. Ask us to delete your consumer health data. Deleting your account removes it from our database; see Privacy Policy §8 for how deletion works.
  • Not be discriminated against. We will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or give you a different quality of service because you used these rights.

Timing. We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days; if we do, we will tell you within the first 45 days and explain why.

Appeal. If we decline your request, we will tell you why. To appeal, reply to our decision or write to legal@auraliftai.com with “Health data appeal” in the subject line. We respond to an appeal within 45 days and tell you what we decided and why. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General, or the Attorney General of your state.

7. How to make a request

  • In the app: delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  • By email: write to legal@auraliftai.com from the email address on your account and tell us which right you want to use. We verify a request by matching it to your account and use what you give us only for that.
  • For this website: use Your Privacy Choices to turn off analytics and advertising in this browser.
