Is AuraLift a replacement for therapy?
No. AuraLift Ai is an AI wellness platform, not therapy. LAura draws from CBT-, DBT-, and ACT-informed frameworks plus mindfulness, but she does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. If you are working with a therapist, LAura is built to walk alongside that, for the moments between sessions.
Is my data secure and private?
Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest in our systems. We do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app.
What makes LAura different from other wellness apps?
She's voice-first. She remembers what you've told her, picks up on how you talk, and runs structured programs. Most chatbots don't do any of this.
How personalized are the sessions?
She learns your preferences, tracks how things shift over time, and adapts each session to where you actually are. The more you talk, the more she picks up.
What if I need immediate crisis support?
If LAura detects you may be in crisis, she will immediately connect you with professional resources including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

After your two free conversations, you can choose 14 days of Premium free. The trial renews at $69.99/month unless cancelled. Premium is the only plan with an introductory offer. Starter and Essential are charged at purchase.
How do Starter, Essential and Premium compare?
Starter is $9.99/month with 1× room to talk and recent-weeks memory. Essential is $49.99/month or $599.99/year with 5× the room and 2× the memory of Starter. Premium is $69.99/month or $839.99/year with 10× the room of Starter and unlimited memory. Starter is monthly only and is offered after you decline the Premium trial.
Is the marketplace available with Premium?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I choose not to subscribe?
After your free conversations, you can keep viewing your world, cards and memories in a read-only home. Crisis resources remain available.
