Encrypted twice over

Sessions travel encrypted, and the sensitive parts — conversations, journals, check-ins — are encrypted again at the field level inside our database. The AI services that power a session receive only what that session needs, under our agreements with them.

Audited, role-gated, never sold

Access inside AuraLift is role-gated, and every read of sensitive data is written to an audit log. Nobody browses your conversations — not support, not engineering — without an audited reason. Your data is never sold.

Yours until you say otherwise

Your data lives as long as your account does. Delete your account and everything — sessions, journals, moods, goals, memories — is queued for permanent erasure and hard-deleted after a 30-day grace window. The erasure itself is logged.
