AuraLift AI is a wellness coaching service. LAura, the guide inside the product, draws from established self-help and coaching frameworks, including CBT-informed, DBT-informed, and ACT-informed approaches and mindfulness practice, and applies them inside conversations designed to help you reflect, regulate, and reorient. These frameworks are used here as coaching tools, not as treatment.

AuraLift AI is not therapy and LAura is not a therapist. She does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment for any mental health condition. She does not replace care from a licensed clinician.

If you are working with a therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, LAura is built to walk alongside that work for the moments between sessions, not to stand in for it.

AuraLift AI is not a medical device. It is not cleared, approved, or registered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulator outside the United States, and it is not intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.

AuraLift AI is a wellness coaching service offered direct to consumers. It is not a covered entity or business associate under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the conversations you have with LAura are not protected health information under that statute.

We still treat your conversations as confidential and protect them with the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

AuraLift AI is not an emergency service and LAura cannot dispatch help. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number or one of the resources below:

AuraLift AI is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18.

The structured paths LAura follows are built on CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness. These are mainstream, evidence-informed frameworks used widely outside clinical settings. They are applied here as self-help and coaching tools, not as treatment.

AuraLift AI retains a Clinical Advisory Board that reviews the methodology, safety posture, and content paths LAura uses. The Board is advisory; it does not provide care, supervision, or direction to individual users.

When a conversation crosses a defined safety threshold, LAura will say so directly and surface human-support resources, including the U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and local equivalents where available. The detection system is described in more detail on our Safety page.

What we collect, how we use it, who it is shared with, and how long we keep it is described in the Privacy Policy. The terms governing your use of the service are in the Terms.

The experience of using AuraLift AI varies between people. We do not promise any particular outcome, recovery, or improvement, and any examples or testimonials shared on our marketing surfaces describe individual experience rather than typical results.

We may update these disclosures as the product, the law, or the regulatory landscape changes. When we make a material change we will update the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give you notice in-app or by email.
