Who Writes Our Resources
Articles in AuraLift Resources are written by AuraLift Editorial, our in-house editorial team. We do not publish articles under the byline of a specific licensed clinician unless that person has personally drafted, reviewed, and approved the piece in writing. Where you see a byline, it reflects accountability, not a claim of clinical credentials.

How Articles Are Drafted
Articles are drafted with AI assistance and edited by humans before publication. We use AI to help structure long-form content, surface candidate sources, and accelerate the first draft. We do not auto-publish AI output. Every article is read, edited, and signed off by a human editor before it goes live.
We do not generate articles on a schedule or with cron-driven automation. New pieces are written when there is a real question to answer, not to fill a feed.

How We Source
For clinical and methodology content, we cite from:
- Peer-reviewed journal articles, with DOI links where available.
- Published clinical manuals, including Beck's cognitive therapy texts and Linehan's DBT skills training material.
- Public guidance from the American Psychological Association (APA), the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and equivalent national bodies.
- Government and statutory sources for legal, regulatory, and safety claims.
Inline citations are visible in every article as superscript markers that link directly to the source. We prefer primary sources over secondary summaries, and recent evidence over older work where the field has moved on.
04, Section
Human Editorial Review
Before an article is published, AuraLift Editorial cross-references claims against the cited sources, removes language that overstates evidence, and checks the piece against our coaching-not-therapy positioning. If a claim cannot be supported by a source we are willing to cite, we cut the claim.
05, Section
What We Do Not Claim
We do not claim that individual articles are written, reviewed, or endorsed by named licensed clinicians unless those individuals have personally signed off on the specific piece in writing. AuraLift Editorial is not a clinical credential. Read each article as wellness education, not as professional advice for your situation.
06, Section
Clinical Advisory Board
AuraLift retains a Clinical Advisory Board that informs the methodology, safety posture, and content paths inside the product. The Board operates at the organisational level. Unless an article explicitly carries a named reviewer, you should not assume an individual Board member reviewed that article. Board members are listed on our About page.
07, Section
Coaching, Not Therapy
AuraLift Resources is wellness and coaching education for adults. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you are working with a therapist, counsellor, or psychiatrist, treat what you read here as a complement to that work, not a replacement for it. Full regulatory posture is on our Disclosures page.
08, Section
Corrections Policy
If we get something wrong, we want to know. Email editorial@auraliftai.com with the article URL and the issue. We aim to respond within seven calendar days. Material corrections are noted on the article itself with a date.
09, Section
AI Disclosure
We use AI assistance in drafting articles. We do not use AI to fabricate sources, quotes, or expert endorsements. Where AI surfaces a candidate citation, a human verifies the source exists, says what we say it says, and is appropriate to cite before it appears in the published piece.
