No Refunds
All subscription fees paid to AuraLift AI are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including partial use of a billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you retain full access to all paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
For monthly subscribers, access continues until the end of the month you paid for. For annual subscribers, access continues until the end of the year you paid for.
Apple App Store & Google Play Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, you must contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.
Case-by-Case Alternatives
We understand that circumstances vary. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us at support@auraliftai.com. We review each request individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits, plan adjustments, or other alternatives.
